To activate your account, please enter your 11 digit
Loan Number and the email or cell phone number associated with your account and click 'Request Code'. If your cell phone is not yet opted in for text messaging, you will have to do so by texting back 'Y' to the opt in text you will receive before a code is sent to you.
Enter the code you receive in the box provided and click the 'Submit Code' button to complete your registration. Once registered, you can go to the 'Communication Preferences" under 'Other Services' to change how we contact you and which types of messages you would like to receive.
